Desmon L. Andrade is a founding partner of The Law Offices of Harding & Andrade, PLLC. Known for his calm approach and clear communication, Desmon takes pride in helping clients find direction and peace of mind during some of the most difficult times of their lives. He believes that every client deserves honesty, compassion, and a lawyer who will fight for them as if they were family.
Desmon earned his law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law before taking his talents to South Florida, where he served the people of Broward County as a prosecutor for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. In just two years, he tried more than thirty-five jury trials to verdict—experience that shaped his confident and practical approach to the courtroom.
After returning to private practice in his home state of North Carolina in 2016, Desmon focused on representing individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death cases, including auto accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, and catastrophic injury claims. He brings the same drive, preparation, and empathy to each case, working tirelessly to make sure his clients’ stories are heard and justice is served.
Outside of the courtroom, Desmon is a proud husband and father of four children. Desmon volunteers much of his time to youth soccer, as he is a firm believer that youth sports provides an environment that fosters confidence, teamwork and countless other critical characteristics that help our youth flourish into successful community contributors.
Whether he’s standing before a jury or supporting players chasing their dreams, Desmon’s passion remains the same: to use his experience, education, and heart for people to make a lasting impact—both in the courtroom and in the community.
